  I have been meeting with Nigel for about 9 months now. He is very much a great motivator, who is getting me the results I was looking for! As a business owner of Herb's Country Deli In Uncasville, I really do not have the time to go to the gym, so he comes to my home 2-3 times a week and puts me thru workouts that are designed to improve my specific needs. I have noticed a huge improvement with my core strength, balance, flexibility, posture and overall body strength and cardio endurance. His personality and great sense of humor is just an added plus!!   Nigel Sealy is a fantastic person and a skilled personal trainer. I have worked out with him for over 6 years. He focuses on my goals and keeps me motivated. I started off years ago already fit but Nigel has brought my fitness beyond what I thought was possible. He will correct my form and vary the workouts to work my whole self- body and soul. As he says- body by Tamara, sculpted by Nigel :). I cannot say enough good things about Nigel. He is a ray of sunshine in my weekly routine along with the best workouts ever. Thank you NIgel!
